Background
Credit24 is a non-bank lending company in Israel offering fast, digital loan approvals. They approached me to redesign their outdated website and improve user trust, clarity and conversion through a modern, accessible experience.

I was responsible for redesigning the website’s UI using the existing brand identity. I focused on creating a clean, modern look and worked closely with the developer to ensure a smooth and responsive implementation.

The original website looked outdated and cluttered, with confusing messaging and a lack of visual hierarchy. It didn’t reflect the brand’s credibility or guide users effectively through the loan process, resulting in low engagement and poor conversion rates.

I redesigned the site with a modern, trustworthy look, simplified content and clear calls-to-action. The new layout improves readability, highlights key benefits and guides users smoothly through the loan application process on both desktop and mobile.

Loan application flow
One of the biggest challenges was redesigning the loan application process to feel simple, fast and trustworthy - all while collecting sensitive financial information. I broke the form into small, digestible steps with clear progress indicators and supportive microcopy. Each screen focuses on a single task to reduce friction and keep users moving forward confidently. The new flow dramatically improved usability and created a smoother, more reassuring experience across devices.
